Dancing

When I was a student, I used to dance a lot at home. I'm an introverted person and rather enjoy doing things alone by myself, so solo dancing at home was my way to express my hidden feelings and enjoy and appreciate the movement. When something happened to me, I got depressed and stopped dancing. But today I realized that incorporating dancing into my workout routine can be really therapeutic because dancing can be so liberating, so freeing, even though I just dance alone at home. So today I turned on loud music and tried to dance to it. Even though it felt awkward at first, but step by step I gave my body more freedom and started enjoying my dance. Something inside still tries to hold me firmly, but I will liberate myself through dancing, through movement.
