I was a bit sad about the laboral environment, because my coworkers saw me as incompetent; and the situation with my bosses scared me. They had always been so kind to me, until I noticed why. They urgently needed somebody, because they needed to replace the teacher. They had had a serious problem with him.
The gossip was (because I'm not 100 percent that this happened) that he had problems with a parent, a student's father. Math is an assignment that causes huge conflicts to students, it's difficult if you don't love it. Many students reprove it, always. So, this teacher had a student trying to improve her grade, but she couldn't do it. She was stressed because without math, she would need to repeat the entire grade. As the teacher was so strict and didn't approve the assignment, she decided "to lie". She told my bosses that the teacher had tried to touch her while they were alone in a classroom. Obviously, it was a scandal, my bosses tried to manage the situation, because there are some protocols or law routes that they must follow.
During this situation, on a Labor Day, many people heard a guy shouting in front of the school, that he was looking for the math teacher, and he wanted to kill him. He was her father. He came in a big truck and he has a gun. They called the police to escort the teacher to his house. Later, they fired the teacher, without photos or evidence of the situation, even though the school is full of cameras. Obviously, because the client has the right.
