Have you ever seen a total lunar eclipse before? Watching the moon slowly disappear is fascinating, isn't it? It looks very mysterious. Early yesterday morning Japan time, there was a total lunar eclipse. It was the first time in three years in Japan, but it started at almost 2 a.m.
I really wanted to see it in person, but it was too late. So, I had to give it up.
Did you see it where you live?
If you missed it but still want to watch it, here is a shot video.

I've been lucky enough to see 2 total solar eclipses. I hadn't realized it before, but I guess that's one benefit of living in such a large country like America--there are greater chances for eclipses to happen in your country.
Thank you for reading and commenting. I think you're definitely lucky! I'm jealous!!
It started at 7 p.m. for me, so I watched it in its entirety. I didn't have my camera on me and my phone wasn't good enough to capture good photos. I didn't even have my glasses, which would help observing it. Still, I enjoyed it. It was interesting how the Moon started disappearing first, then reappeared with a red hue.
@BalaGi Thank you for sharing! It's always fun to watch, isn't it? I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it!
