I'm interested about health.
I had an allergy when my condition was down. Because I often ate delivery food with my friends. (Delivery food is not healthy.) So I controlled what I ate.
Now the allergy is gone. I'm very healthy now. I haven't had cold a few years.
I want to keep trying for my health. I work sitting on a chair a lot of time. So I have to workout more. That's my goal for my heath.

Interesting. I'm curious what symptoms you meant when you said allergy? Medically speaking allergies aren't caused by poor nutrition, although poor nutrition can contribute to increased inflammation which can contribute to worsening all sorts of conditions. Which is why I'm curious what symptoms you would call an allergy because I have a feeling allergy isn't the best translation.
@simplesam My body was itchy and swelled. So I stopped ate meat and flour two months:( And thanks your corrections:)
@Gani, good job with your post. I am glad you are feeling better after changing your diet. Just a quick correction in your above comment.... So I stopped EATING meat and flour FOR two months.
@A_C Thank you! So nice:)
Based on your description of your symptoms, I was trying to think what words I would've used to describe that in myself. I probably would've said skin irritation or just "My skin was itchy and I felt bloated". But I do think a lot of people would say they felt like they were having an allergic reaction. :) I hope that isn't more confusing than helpful. I know that how we describe and view health and illness changes from culture to culture and can be difficult to really translate.
@SimpleSam Thank you! Your comments are very helpful. And I want to know that expressions of English-speaking culture. So let me know a lot.
