You can't eat too much of it, his grandma added. Roope promised and asserted that there wouldn't ever be that fear. He did eat the pancakes because he didn't want to hurt his grandma's mind but no more at all. His grandma died, and Roope realized that he missed her spinach pancakes a bit. Roppe felt he was getting weaker day by day, but he never came to think that it would be somehow related to his grandma or pancake. One day, however, Roope bought spinach and began cooking pancakes.
