I tried answering the topic "A weather-related memory that stuck with you" as English practice. I spoke without a script, so I'm sure there are many mistakes. I also talked about a similar topic in Japanese. That was also unscripted, so there may be some mistakes as well, but I hope it can be helpful for those studying Japanese.

スクリプトなしでしゃべるのは私にとっては日本語ですらけっこう難しいです。"A weather-related memory that stuck with you" というお題はちょっとひねりがあって面白いです！
スクリプトなしは、日本語でもかなり難しいです。話したいこと（単語だけでも）をノートにザッと書いておかないと、話しているうちに脱線したりして、まとまりがなくなっちゃう。練習中です！
さすがは、あきさんですね！素晴らしいです。今日、Via-chanさんがシェアしてらしたこのサイトの創業者のロビンさんの動画でも、会話相手なしに一人で会話練習するのに、このあきさんがやってらっしゃること、あげてらっしゃいましたよね。

That was lovely!! Your slight British accent is really pleasant to listen to. I noticed how you used 'um' and 'ah' sounded really natural. Thank you for also posting Japanese version - since I already know the contents from the English version, it was really good listening practice.
I made this recording with Japanese learners in mind, thinking it would be useful for practising listening skills. Once you know what the conversation is about, it becomes easier to understand. Since I'm speaking naturally, I also thought it might help you pick up useful phrases for real-life conversations. That's why I was really happy to read your comment.
