I am glad that I have wrote two short articles on journaly and getting a great feedbacks from awesome people here.
Today, I am going to write about my workout journey. I am trying to develop a new habit for this year which is exercising regularly. Honestly, It is hard to begin moving my body at first because of the stiffness. During my fitness journey, I had been following some fitness trainer on Youtube. Their body are incredibly great! My challenge right now is to keep my workout routine to be consistent. There were days I have no motivation to exercise. I keep changing exercise movement because some movement are boring or hard to do and some others are easy and fun to do.

Overall, this is very understandable. There are a few places of confusion however. I'd say that paying particular attention to plurals, and how verbs agree with their subjects will help you. Thanks for writing, and good luck with the workouts! I've had some of the same challenges.
Consistency is the hardest thing! I always start with the best intentions, then trail off after about a month... Good luck!
