Spring is a season of cherry blossom in Japan, but I realized camellias also bloom in the same season while walking the street. I saw dropped camellias while looking for asphalt roads. It is said a camellia is a sinister flower because it is dropped whole flower and it looks like to drop a neck.

Did you mean 首をはねる for "drop a neck?"
yes, you are righ. I mean "首をはねる."
I'm that case, I think "severed head" is what we'd say in English
Thank you very much!
