The society has tones of rules to offer us and obligate us to follow them on a daily basis. When you are in school or any educational institution, you have to follow their guidelines. When you are in public space such as party, park, gym, market or beach, most people are somehow obligated to think about their social impressions like: do i look good? am i overreacting? have i talked nice enough? talked too much?
We have become so used to thinking about rules and conditions that we even follow those rules while we are actually alone in our home and nobody is watching us. I mean, if you are at your home who cares if you act bad, who cares if you do something silly? who cares if you fart?
In short, we even observe ourselves while being at home because we have practiced a lot "the habit of self-behavior observation".
I believe there is nothing wrong in acting fake because if we all started to act naturally how we are in reality, society would be disturbed since humans are naturally wild and uncivilized animals. Acting fake in interviews, in professional parties, in meetings or in educational authorities is a great way to keep the environment safe and sound. In real life, the interviewer knows that I am acting fake (because nobody talks, behaves, speaks like that), even the one who is getting interviewed knows that the interviewer is acting fake. Both of them know that the environment in the room is fake, but they still keep behaving the same way because acting/behaving good is completely based on how good you are at acting fake.
Best professions where people fake their behavior at peak level (because it's important):
1. Army
2. Politics
Do you remember the behavior of your boss/HR/Mentor when you first met them as professionals, but they are now your friends? Do they still behave the same? Hmmm don't know...
Thank you for reading my brain's random thoughts.
Goodbye

Yes, we are all human. Although some may seen more educated or 'superior', we are all in the end exactly the same: animals.
Yes, some may seen more educated, but they are not. They would still behave like others when they are at home and nobody is watching them.
