Today, I'd like to share about my favorite kitchen gadget, the air flyer. When I visited my British friend in England last year, I saw it at his house. He told me how amazing it was, and his enthusiasm made me want one for myself.
After returning to Japan, I bought an air fryer and have started using it. I have to say it's absolutely fantastic! I've been enjoying cooking with it. I can make fried and grilled dishes using just a very tiny amount of oil. Since it doesn't require a lot of oil, the food is much healthier. It’s a great way to cut calories and avoid greasy dishes. The taste is far better than when I grill food in an oven. For example, I've grilled chicken and hamburger stake, and both turned out very juicy even though the surface looked a bit dry. It also cooks faster than an oven, and even cleanup is super easy. I especially love I don't need to deal with messy oil after frying. I don't need to worry about reusing oxidized oil either.
One day, I grilled hamburger stakes and fried potatos with it. The picture might not show the greatness of the meal, but everything was delicious.

It looks delicious! Oddly enough, before I went to Japan I never heard of the dish that's known as ハンバーグ. It seems to be something that's very Japanese, even though in Japan it's definitely 洋食
I make it for my family though and they love it! We just call it Hamburg Steak.
Thank you so much for reading my post and making corrections. I always make spelling mistakes with "ステーキ." I tend to memorize English words based on how they sound and then spell them that way. It’s wonderful that you’ve been introducing Japanese 洋食 to your family! I made ハンバーグ when I was staying with one of my American friends, and both she and her husband really enjoyed it. I also introduced them to カレーライス, and now they love making it because カレールー is easy to find in grocery stores.
I have a similar problem with Japanese homophones. I recently mixed up 進める with 勧める. Let's be honest though, I sometimes have the same problem with English. English spelling can be so nonsensical at times :)
Haha, I have quite similar 漢字 problems too, especially when I type 漢字. My PC shows wrong ones, and I don't realize them. Yes, yes! English spelling and pronunciation confuse me a lot.
