These days, I bought a truffle cheese. I thought it looked very delicious.
And I haven't eaten it in my life. So I will try to eat it I think.
When I ate a piece of it, I felt "o,oh...". Because it was a little bit peculiar taste.
Also it was smelly peculiar. But I have to use and eat it! Because it was 9 dollars!!
Then I have been searching for how to use truffle cheese at online.
Usually, they are useing it with something cracker, with wine. but I don't drink it.
And another cooking recipe said, it is useing with pasta or somthing sweets.
I think that I will cook for pasta with it. But I won't able to finish use it.
So, do you know that How to use truffle cheese? If you have an idea, please tell me !

I would probably put the truffle cheese in pasta with walnuts, mushrooms, some pasta water and maybe some parsley. I am not sure. The good news is I doubt it will go bad quickly, so you have time to make a plan. Good luck!
