Currently, I work at CY in Budapest, Hungary, where I’m developing middleware for an AI Customer Service Chatbot. This middleware plays a crucial role in ensuring secure communication, and handling APIs, and is designed to be modular to adapt to evolving requirements. It also ensures system followability by facilitating error tracking, simplifying maintenance, and supporting continuous, reliable operation.

In addition to this, I automate customer service processes, integrate security protocols to protect sensitive data, and provide support to resolve system or application issues. I also assist in recommending solutions for implementation and offer guidance to junior engineers on my team. My work combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and a commitment to high-quality standards.

What motivates me the most is to turn ideas into functional solutions that make a real impact. I love seeing how the systems I develop help businesses run more efficiently.
