When I was a child, November was almost winter, but now, especially this year, it's a comforting and beautiful season. It was such a bright day yesterday that I drove to a park for lunch. My apartment offers a wonderful view, but my neighborhood isn't ideal for strolling around, which is a drawback. I have to drive somewhere if I want to take a walk.
I don't eat much for lunch, so I'd made only one onigiri (rice ball) and put it into my pocket. After arriving at the park, I lay down on the lawn on my stomach or back. I enjoy zoning out more than anything else. I can zone out indefinitely, but I'm working for a company and my lunch break is sadly limited. When I was a freelancer, I didn't work on such amazing days.
I'm negotiating with my company to let my team work less next year. The one-hour lunch break will stay unchanged, though. Being a company employee has an easy side, but also a side full of restrictions. Life is complicated.
You mention laying on your back or stomach at the park. Does this park have grass, or did you bring a blanket?
Also, your profile says that you're a web engineer. I am too! I'm so curious about what Japanese web companies are like.

As for the park, yes, it has grass. Should I state specifically that it was covered with grass even though I wrote "the lawn" in the same sentence?
