Ever since I started sleeping on the other side of the room, I've been sleeping too much and having weird dreams ... let's not call them nightmares because they happen during the day.
They'd be interesting if they were animated movies, but they're scary in reality. They're something like this: my cousin, who Iโve only seen twice in my life, has two ears on top of each other and three tongues full of piercings.
I think when I meditate before going to bed, I see these cartoon-like characters more vividly. They're mostly related to people from my childhood.
I wrote down my dreams today and asked AI to tell me their psychological meaning and find a common thread. It gave me some ideas about disconnection and disassociation from people and self-worth issues.
I don't know if it's scientificly correct to expect a meaning from dreams, but I believe it's spiritually acceptable to learn something about ourselves from them. (Something that I'm not really interested in)
If I knew that it was just my mind whoโs the director of these silly movies in my head, I'd feel better. They really give me so much anxiety that I don't want to sleep again.
This entry is also a way of avoiding sleep. Do you take your dreams seriously?
Very interesting. I think I've been having dreams, but I don't remember them mostly, so I've never asked AI about my dreams. I've never thought to use it in the way. Don't take your dreams so seriously because they'll cause stress on you. They are just dreams. Stay away from stress.
If you remember them, you might use them in your artwork. ๐
But I agree with you, Yumi! Thinking "they're just dreams" keeps me in the present moment. Thanks! ๐
Haha, I sometimes hope I wish I would have hallucination without drugs or magic mushrooms. I've never done them and I definitely won't, though.

I often don't remember the details of nightmares after I wake up but the bad feelings from them stay with me for a while and make my day upside down.
Yeah! I get it. ๐ซ @Double-Zee
