It's kind of burden talking with my boss. I think he is a kind of narcissist. The reason I think like that, he alway want to other staffs think he is right and check it in a various way. If someone imply some negative feeling to his opinion, his face is turning pale. And he often tells me that people don't deserve him as a their boss. What a weird. He has power to evaluate his member, negotiate our salary. When I catch his mood is not that good, I am a bit bitter all day long.... It is Monday morning to go to work and it means I should see him again.

COMMENT: This is basically clear, Yeong. Here are some some corrections: (1) In casual English - It's kind of a burden talking with my boss. Another option - Talking with my boss is rather burdensome. (2) With minor corrections - The reason I think like that is because he always wants to other staff think he is right. Another option - Like many alpha males with a Steve Jobs syndrome, he always believes he right. (3) With minor corrections - And he often tells me that people don't deserve him as their boss. Another option - With an over-inflated ego, he tells others they dono't deserve to have a such a brilliant boss. (4) With minor corrections - What a weirdo! Another option - How weird he is! (5) He has power to evaluate his employees and negotiate our salaries. Another option - He can evaluate subordinates and determine our salaries. (6) More naturally - When I notice he is in a bad mood, all day is tense. (7) Alas! Monday morning is approaching, and I must see him again. COMMENT: Let me know any of corrections are unclear.
