Is Being honest always good? I've believe that being honest is always better than not. But nowadays I am not sure that is really goon in office. If you are honest in your office with your companies, it must leads some trouble between yours. Because you might keep to claim something even though it makes your boss to be upset and blame your team member's mistakes. For that reason you must put a mask to oil the wheels of social relationship. Yes, it works so that we need it for our job. Not being honest is not that bad for social life.
