This morning, I woke up an hour earlier than usual but couldn't go back to sleep. I took my mobile phone to open the browser and tapped the address bar to show my bookmarks. I usually tap the Yahoo! Japan icon, but I tapped the icon of http://kayray.org/ instead. Maybe it was because I had more time than usual.
The title of the latest message was "Sad News”. The message was not from Kayray but from her son. She had been posting about her physical condition and medication for a while.
Do you know Librivox? Its goal is "to make all books in the public domain available, narrated by real people and distributed for free, in audio format on the internet." When I started learning English by myself, I looked for good material online. I came across Librivox and enjoyed some audiobooks of children's books. I loved Kayray's reading. This link was one of her audiobooks that I listened to for the first time.

Thank you so much, Kayray. May her soul rest in peace.

title: Kayray Has Passed Away [no period] | We use the present perfect here because she passed away recently, but it's relevant now and to this post.
Thank you for your correction.
