Ethereum

I've been impatient these days. My attention skipped between different things and I cannot focus on one for a long time except for reading a novel. I tried an Ethereum class and after a while switched to browsing podcasts and twitter threads. But I am currently unemployed and should learn to find my own product and a freelance job later. I should have a better routine to keep myself productive.

I was reading Life of Pi, written by a Canadian writer called Yann Martel, also adapted to a famous movie by a Taiwanese director called Ann Lee, who was my favorite director. It was interesting to come across words I had just learned from vocabulary lists. It motivated me to keep memorizing vocabulary lists and reading novels.

I started learning Ethereum and Solidity because my American friend Evan recommended it. He was a VC in this field and thought that now was the appropriate time to start learning and building things about Ethereum because the market was quiet now. Therefore if I learned and prepared for it now, I would have more chances when the market started getting up.

His reason makes sense. I am not sure if blockchain is my thing. But why not try it? Just take it as another chance to practice my English and I could make some friends in this field.
