So, today I studied Japanese for one hour and forty minutes and listened to Japanese for three hours and thirty minutes. I also listened to my favorite English language podcast called "Smartless".

And, today I decided that I'll improve my listening in English.

Plan to master my English listening comprehension:

• Listen to podcasts for 20 minutes every single day;
• I'll read the transcripts of those podcasts after I listened to them, and then I'll re-listen to them;
• Practice dictation twice a week;
• I'll do that for one to three years and see what happens.

About my addiction recovery:

I need to improve my self-care and keep doing what I'm doing.
