I relapsed today.
What boundaries did I cross?
- Well, I didn't sleep well.
- I didn't drink enough water.
- My blockers were turned off on my phone.
What lacked in self-care?
- I didn't sleep well.

How can I improve and get my life back on track?
1. I should sleep and wake up at the same time every single day. I spend as minimal time as possible at home. Go to the library or mall whenever possible.
2. I should get back on track with those therapy sessions and the accountability we had.
3.I should slowly get back to my dating life goals.
