I can't afford to buy a cave, you know, because of the housing bubble. I also refuse to pay for rent, but since I'm a lucky bear, I didn’t have to wait to find an empty one. It's been three days since, and no one has set paw around here, so I don't think I'll have to ask to use it. I also found out from my neighbor, the weasel, that the owner was an old bear whose kids put him in a nursing home. I think it's safe to say that I don't expect to see anyone around here for a while. Now I'm officially an okupa, but I promise to give him a call in case he doesn’t want to share it.

The cave is no big deal. It seems to be in pretty good condition, though. I just need to give it a quick clean, but I don't plan to go all out. Nothing fancy . I'll just settle in here, take long naps, and go fishing. There must be a river nearby, I can smell it from here.
