A: I don't think I'll be playing this game anymore.

B: Why is that? We were having some much fun the other night.

A: I don't know, man. It's just my gut telling me to walk away.

B: I thought you loved this game.

A: I used to love it, but now it feels more like I'm letting everyone down.

B: Dude, my aim isn't always on point either, and I haven't seeing anyone bitching about it.

A: It's not just my aim. It's more like my heart isn't in it, you know?

B: I got you. I used to feel kind of like that a while back when I was playing volleyball. I ended up taking a long break from it, and then I came back to it.

A: It sucks, but maybe I just need to take some time off as well.

B: Just do what your gut instinct is telling you. Nobody's gonna push you to do something you aren't into.

A: Not gonna lie, but I thought about quitting a while back. I didn't do it just 'cause there was no one around to take my spot.

B: You should've come to me instead of keeping us in the dark.

A: I'm kind of used to settling for things, so I figured it was gonna work out eventually.

B: Dude, I gotta catch a flight. Let's talk later.

A: It's all good. Have a good flight. See you.

C: B just texted me, and I can't believe you wanna quit. You were planning on quitting without telling anyone?! What's the matter with you?!

A: And I can't believe B ratted me out right away. With friends like these, who needs enemies? Sigh...

C: Bro, we're a team. We all have each other's backs.

A: I just want out for a bit so I can figure out what I want.

C: How many days do you need?

A: I can't settle for less than a month.

C: All right, take all the time you need. But if you decide to come back, we need you to keep your head in the game.
