I'vehave been focusing on improving my language skills for two years, especially my speaking skills. But I realise that I am also struggling when I am trying to write something in my target language. It is like that because I don't practise writing much. I decided to keep a diary for that. I'll write it in English and I'll use Turkish version of the words that I don't remember and then I'll look them up in the dictionary. Besides I'll write on here; this is my first text. Wishing you all a nice journey on your learning path.

That instance of 'especially' would have been fine if you had only preceded it with a coma. Had it been writ thusly: "I have been focusing on improving my language skills for two years, especially my speaking skills, but I realise that I am also struggling when I am trying to write something in my target language," the grammar would have been fine as to what words you put down.
The "especially my speaking skills" statemnt puts emphasis on the fact that for the last two years you wanted to develop your speaking skills more than your writing skills, so with a coma before and after that statement, the reader is forced to stop and take notice of that fact before moving onto the next thought.
I REALLY hope that's not confusing. Edit: Sorry for the text wall. Paragraph formatting doesn't seem to have been implemented yet.
