I like to read books, I'm a fanatic reader. Since December 2020 I've been reading without stop when I'm at home, the readon is that the books help me to keep my mind off, help me to forget the real world for a moment, my mind is very concetrated on the book so I'm not thinking in another things. I know many people prefer movies to desestresed, but I think that when you're watching a movie your mind doesn't need t to concentrate too much, so I prefer books to movies, because books require a high level of concentration.
When I come back from a cultural exchange trip, which change completely change my mind, I felt very depressed, I remember I couldn't go out home, I couldn't be with friends because my mind was in another world and I couldn't be connected with the reality. Also, I slept and cried all the time, the trip made me understand a lot of things about the world, about the reality, and about myself and my life, and when I arrived home I couldn't find what I want to do with my life, everything was different and nothing had a sense for me. So, the only things that have helped me to be distracted of my pain is read and read. The books, also, help to learn new things and change your mind, can help you with something when you need help and don't have anyone.
