I'm grateful for taking in the learning marathon because I haven't practiced writing for 6 or 7 years. Since I'd graduated from school I almost hadn't any practice and my general English level has gone down. But now, with raised motivation, I feel like I can move heaven and earth!
It was a big challenge for me to write every day because I feel how small my vocabulary is and how many mistakes I do which I would never do if I continued to study in the language school or just took lessons from tutors. But here I am. And I won't give up :)
Thanks everybody for corrections!

Well, I don't think your vocabulary is that small! Well written. What are you going to do after the weekly marathon?
Thanks! I'm going to do my daily language routine like listening, reading and doing exercises from textbooks (and writing from time to time). Now I need to remember grammar and to refresh collocations in my mind. And in the next year I'll take individual lessons in the language school.
Where is the weekly marathon information? I think I need this too.
This marathon is held in a small Russian community and in the Russian social media :) We have a chat when all participants communicate with each other, set goals for themselves and make a report in the end of the week. We also have a database of tasks of different difficulty levels that you can choose for yourself or assign to another participant . The rules were also made up by the participants. You can organize your own marathon in your community! :)
