Well, today was a good day, I guess. I tried to take it easy and don't hurry about the things. I always go fast and that makes me feel hurry all the time maybe I don't enjoy the process but the time and experience have made me realize that the most important is being fine with yourself not matter what people think about you always always you should be your first priority. I didn't know anything about the limits but now I know that they are very important in order to have better relationships and the mostly with yourself.
