I have loved learning languages from an early age. Once, as a child, while at the library, I was so engrossed in a travel book about the Netherlands, I completely ignored the tornado sirens blaring outside, and blissfully missed all the destruction. And there was quite a bit, too! When I got home, I was spanked for making my parents believe I was dead. Sorry. Won't happen again.
