Now I'm trying to improve my habit because I've been losing my concentration.
As part of this, I started to limit my usage of smartphone yesterday, and it's working pretty well.
Then I realized that the pain in my lower back is awfully affecting my concentration.
Thinking about it now, I usually started to slack off after leaving my desk because of the pain.
So I decided to stand up, or to go out on balcony once in a while.
Have you ever been in such a situation?
Then how did you iron out?
I'm really looking forward your advice.

Have you heard about the Five Tibetans/Five Tibetan Rites exercise? It's a wonderful sequence of five exercises that doesn't take much time to perform and can really support the body when done on daily basis. There are many videos on YouTube if you want to give it a try :)
