I noticed I'm using my smartphone too much.
It does not only suck my productive time out of my days, but also distract me from concentrating my own reading.
I used to control myself using smart devices properly, though.
I might be addicted a little bit.
I'll start it from now on because if one decide to do it tomorrow, the tomorrow won't come oftentimes.
See you at the next post! Farewell!

I think you're definitely not alone in having this problem! I often do things like intentionally leave my phone in another room when I'm working, just so I'm not tempted.
Thank you for your corrections and comment! I got courage from your words. I'll give it my best.
I understand you SeanOhashi, I have always thought that most of the times big changes are made by little steps every day and not a huge action all of a sudden (it does happen sometimes, of course) so, if you are commited to quit 100% for some time, amazing! but I think that taking small steps could be more effective, instead of quitting all of a sudden, but, I do know how a huge change can make the difference, so, it's really a personal matter.
Thank you, Norival! Definitely. To be honest I won't quit using my phone completely. I'll just limit the time.(If not my gf will think I'm dead.) I'm rather flexible at best, lazy at worst, so it's better for me to say a little extremely. Then I would use it in most proper way.
