Overall, it can be seen that while the most active period of women was 15 to 24 age term, the period of 45 to 54 was the men's most sportive period.
Focusing on the women, in 2010 the most inactive age group was 35 to 44 with 39.5 percent which followed by a moderate increase in the older age group (45 to 54- 55 to 64 and 65 over)which was 43.1 45. 1 46.7 percent respectively. On the other hand, the youngest age group was the most active one which had a high proportion which was more than half of the 15-24 age group with a figure of 52.8 percent.
Regarding men, 2010 had a more balancing trend when compared to women. There was not been a remarkable change in different age groups. Their most active period was middle age group involves 35 to 64. Their proportion was roughly 53 percent. In contrast, their least active term was in the youngest age and the oldest age group with the almost same proportion was 47 percent.
