I have tried to explain the charts on this website.
The table illustrates how many visitors come to Museum over the periodS dividing which indicates the time doing refurbishment or not. The charts give information about how visitors satisfaction level changes taking account of refurbishment.
Overall, it can be seen that refurbishments make a significant contribution to the quantity of Museum visitors and lead to a remarkable increase in satisfaction degrees.
Looking more specifically, when the refurbishment did not occur the number of visitors was 74.000 which increased after a redecoration. It brought an extra 18.000 visitors which means it made the museum more popular.
On the other hand, there are important changes regarding visitor satisfaction. In the first period, the very satisfied visitors made up the figure of 15 percent, after renovation, it rose by 20 percent and stood at 35%. Similarly, the proportion of satisfied visitors climbed from 30 percent to 40 percent. Focusing on no response visitors, refurbishment played no part. The rate of them stayed identical in the two periods.
