I don’t know why I’m like that. I don’t know why I can’t change.
If I put more effort in looking for a job, I would be employed now.
If I studied more I would be in college now.
If I was more proactive my grandmother would have good things to say about me.
If I was better I would be feeling better now.
If you know me you will see how ingrate I’m.

I don't know what to say since I don't know you but I am sure you are not an ingrate. In life we all have times where we feel useless or like we are dragging down our family. That is when we need to ask for help to change and see the positive in life. We need to remember things that made us happy when we were children.
