It’s okay to say no
Dear I,
When someone answer you with: “no, I don’t want to do this for you” or “no, I can’t to do this for you” don’t be upset or angry because, anybody needs to do what you want all the time.
It’s a basic thought that people should have, right? I guess so, but sometimes I am a little bit selfish and think things like “I helped you on Monday, why can't you help me today?”. Since that's a question, the other person can answer with yes or no, and It's okay to say no.
I need to learn don’t expect anything when I help someone because I have to help only to help.
