I relish the habit of writing a journal every day. The typing of letters sounds like the process of a mental massage, laid-back and soothing. I come to realize that every habit pushes me towards a new stage of life, and I am able to do this because I'm still young and open to new things. I kind of hope that my late life is not all about saying goodbye to my flexibility and adaptability. I want to be a cool old man who still charges towards the unfathomable depths of life until I happen to kick the bucket.
