My Keema Curry Recipe

Do you like curry? If you like spicy food, I'm sure you're a big fun of it.

Today I'd like to share my recipe for keema curry. Keema curry originated in India. In Japan, we use minced pork or beef, but the traditional version doesn't use these meats because of the religious reason.

My version of keema is very easy to make. Before starting, let's take a look in the refrigerator and see what kinds of vegetables you have.

In my case, I had some vegetables from my garden, so I used them.

I like mushrooms, so I add them as well.

I put these ingredients in a blender and blend them.

I also add onions and minced beef and pork.

Then, I pan-fry everything for a while.

If you have some bay leaves, add them and keep pan-frying. Eventually, the vegetables will release some water, so simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Then, add some curry paste and keep simmering until all the excess water has evaporated.

I serve it with some basil from my garden and top it with a soft boiled egg. It's easy to make, and it's almost impossible to go wrong, so give it a try!
