I am always knee-deep in different things: I want to be an amazing mother, have a clean household, be a good wife, be a great friend, lose some weight and last but not least hone my gained skills, evenutally get a new one. Finishing all of my tasks comes to me like a fool's errand. Being a mother is a noble but demanding task, sometimes I just feel that time slips through my fingers and one day follows the another day. You can easily lose your old personality before motherhood, if you don't set aside the time for you and your passions. Like right now, I could clean the kitchen a make things to look more organised , insted of it, I dedicate this litte free time to my hobby- writing. When my baby wakes up, we go together into the kitchen to clean it a bit. At least, I hope , that she will be in the mood for it. I came to the concusion, that I have to tweak things until they feel just right, whether it is a raising my child a workout routine even refreshing my English. Honestly, the most difficult thing is put time aside for me and my hobbies. It is just not my forte. On the other side, I want to teach my childern how to respect and stand up themeselves, but if their mother don't do it how on earth would they learn it. As we all know, actions speaks louder than words.
