I started studying English at 10 in Hakwon, which is a Korean special place where 99 percent of students pay for learning math and English after school. Similarly to other Korean students, I also studied in there. I remember it is quite good start to begin in the spot. The reason is that I learnt English with singing a variety of songs every week. Thanks to that, my English pronunciation is very fluent compared to my friends, I think. If I had a chance and sang a song Creep, which is my favorite song, I have confidence enough to get better than any other English natives except Radiohead who is a singer of the favourite song.
Speaking of when I was in middle school, I always got high score at English, even I got one hundred points. It is all because of intense endeavor that I memorize scripts all in textbook every night without sleep. But if I go back to the period, I wouldn't do it again. It was very boring job and it's just for high score in exam. That's not what I want now. The task only for exam will bring me some negative feelings like English is not fun, you have to memorize it all, and etc. These gloomy and tiring thought could make me stop to learn English anymore as a hobby. The best thing in learning English is for me to sing a really good pop song and understand the lyrics having meaningful lines and beautiful rhyme. I love that. I love English is my close friend. I am proud of my own English. That's why I can't stop learning it. Was I too confident of my English? I'm sorry. But understand me. Haha.
Thank u for reading as well.
