Hi everyone,
I am so delighted to share with you an other post here. And today I am going to write a little bit about happiness and the compassion that we should all have.
The first thing that you should do in order to be a kind and a nice , happy person is to be in your mood everyday. but how can we be in our mood ? it's very simple it's required a little bit of effort and training to know how to handle with things that are existed around you , for example :
- focus on positive things instead of negative ones , remove all things that makes you made form your life. whatever it's . it could be a TV or social media applications or bad friends...
- try to not compare yourself with others , as this will make you so tough on yourself.
- eat healthy food , I think you know that Fast food has many risks
- make someone day
- eat more fruits and vegetables everyday
- get enough time of sleep like 7 or 8 hours at every night
- walk for at least 30 minutes a day
- help others (make their day)
- remove yourself from toxic or needy personalities
- share your knowledge with others
- buy a gift to your kids
call your parents and tell them that you love them
