I went to bed too late last night! To make up for it, I'll write a longer diary than usual.
Yesterday, I discussed AI in class. We talked about topics such as AI replacing human jobs and how different countries are developing AI.One question especially caught my attention:
Can AI truly understand human emotions?
One of my classmates said that AI couldn't understand human emotions because it's just technology. Even though I found that opinion interesting, I disagreed.
First of all, I'm just wondering whether humans can truly understand each other's thoughts and feelings. I can't read anyone's mind. All I can do is try to understand what they really think and feel. So, is there really a difference between humans and AI?
I think they're quite similar. We both communicate through dialogue. The biggest difference is that AI runs on electricity.
Is this idea a bit too idealistic? Haha.
But it's my honest opinion.
I should read more books about AI. I'd like to deepen my understanding.
Oh, your diary makes me think the topic. Thank U.
Thank you for your comment! That's an interesting topic, isn't it? haha.
