최근에 회사에서 새로운 정책이 생겼어요. 일을 할 때 핸드폰을 못 써요. 처음에는 이 정책이 마음에 안 들어서 답답했어요. 왜냐하면 한 직원이 핸드폰을 많이 썼는데 그 분이 상사랑 친구라서 상사는 그 직원에게 직접 말하지 못해서 그냥 회사에서 새로운 정책이 생겼어요. 그런데 그 직원이 숨기려고 노력했는데 계속 핸드폰을 쓰고 저랑 제 상사도 자주 봤어요. 그런데 상사는 아무 말도 안 했어요. 아이구 

그래도 일할 때 핸드폰 없이 있는 것도 괜찮아요. 저는 핸드폰 외에도 컴퓨터와 맥북도 많이 써요. 그것은 정신 건강에 좋지 않은 것 같아요.. 그래서 핸드폰이 없을 때 마음이 더 편해졌어요. 이제는 회사밖에서도 핸드폰을 덜 쓰게 됐어요. 그래서 이 새로운 정책이 마음에 안 들지 않지만 좋은 점도 있어요.

Recently, a new rule was made at work. When we are working we cannot use our phones. At first, I didn't like this rule, so I was frustrated. The reason being that one coworker uses their phone too much, but because they are friends with our boss, the boss didn't want to speak to them directly, so they just made a rule for everyone. However, both my boss and I have seen that coworker still using their phone though they try to hide it. Despite that, the boss has not said anything. Aigoo

Still, not having my phone while I work is okay. On top of my phone, I also use the computer and my MacBook a lot. I don't think that is good for one's mental health. So, when I don't have my phone my heart is more at ease. Now, even outside of work, I use my phone less. So, I don't like this new rule, but there is a positive to it too.
