Rose season has arrived! I've been busy taking care of my own roses while also visiting some rose gardens. Today, I'd like to share a rose garden near my house that my husband and I visited a couple of weeks ago.

I know it's impossible, but I wish I could have my own rose garden like this. If so, I could plant so many more roses.

This rose garden has been managed by a neighboring city, and everybody can enter for free. There are 180 different varieties, and about 1750 bushes, so when they are in bloom, the scenery is just breathtaking.

As we walked around the garden, I found some of the roses were named after famous people. Some of the names seemed very fitting, while others didn't quite make sense to me.

The entire garden was filled with a wonderful fragrance.
