I'm busy picking strawberries every morning, but I've been enjoying my new routine. I've been growing them in 12 pots, so I need to check each of them very carefully. If I miss picking any, they'll be eaten. I'm not sure who have been eating, but it feels like I'm competing with something I can't see. Thanks to the warm weather, they're growing at an amazing speed, and I can harvest a handful of strawberries at a time.
This morning, I was enjoying harvesting my homegrown strawberries as usual. All of a sudden, something moved and scared me. When I looked closely, it was a frog. I know it lives in my garden because I sometimes can hear it croaking. I first thought it was the criminal that has been stealing my strawberries.
When I looked up if frogs eat them, I figured out that they don't. They eat the bugs that eat strawberries. That means they're protecting my berries. When I see it next time, I want to say thank you to it.

The title should be garden not guardian
@Tanner why? The post is about an animal that protects strawberries from being eaten, so "guardian" fits
Oh you’re right. I think I added this at the beginning before reading because I thought it was a misspelling
@Tanner Nice to meet you. Thank you for reading, correcting, and commenting.
@BalaGi Thank you for writing for me!
