Mitsuba is a kind of Japanese herb and sometimes translated into Japanese parsley or edible clover in English. It's often used in Japanese cooking, and I love its fresh scent.
Two months ago, I bought some at a supermarket. After using them in my cooking, I thought I might be able to reuse the roots, so I replanted them in a pot.
A couple of weeks later, it started growing. When I saw the new leaves, I was excited!
They're getting larger, and I think it's time for using them in cooking. It's my first time regrowing something I bought at a supermarket, but I feel like I may never need to buy mitsuba again. They're herbs, so they should be stronger than vegetables. I'll grow them easily.
