Does everyone believe law of attraction?

I attracted a cat that I used to draw as a scribble.

Although one day, a kitty appeared in my yard of home and we started keeping him, I realized he was my scribbled cat though his pattern. I scribbled a cat who had white body with round black pattern and the tail was black but the top only white that such like I left to paint.

The kitty was just the pattern.
