I've realized that I have to try hard to be in a good mood or to be happy. I need to be mindful, but for me, mindfulness requires a lot of attention and energy.
Its true! I started saying affirmations before getting out of bed in the morning. It doesn't make everything perfect but it sets me up for a positive mindset for the rest of the day, and I try to remember them when things go wrong.
