I have been overweight in the past and successfully lost the weight I wanted to lose, so I think I have the right to talk about weight loss because I have the experience.I lost 20 kilos in four months in 2023. Maybe I lost weight too fast, but I achieved my goal weight. However, obviously, this is just my experience; other people may have different weight loss experiences.So, what are the most important steps to lose weight?

  • Walk. I don't recommend running if you hate running. You have to do something that you will keep doing. I recommend that you walk between 10,000 and 20,000 steps a day.
  • High-protein diet. Don't starve yourself. If you need to eat something, eat protein. Protein helps you feel fuller. Try to avoid carbs.
  • Priority list. Don't be too rigid with yourself. If you feel like you're craving something, first eat a high-protein meal and drink water. If the craving hasn't stopped, tell yourself that if you're still craving that food in two hours, you can have it. Most of the time, the craving stops.
  • Monitoring daily habits is essential. By using an app for intake and a scale for weight, you ensure your progress is measurable, which is the most important factor for success
