Last December, I planted some broccolini seedlings in my garden, and they've been growing well even though it sometimes snows. Nature never stops to amaze me.
At first, they grew only leaves, and I started to worry.
One day, I discovered tiny broccolini! When I found it, I jumped around. Yahoo!
They grew day by day, and watching them was fascinating.
It's good enough to harvest them.
I've been growing herbs all the time. The picture below shows my homegrown arugula. To make a salad, I picked some as well.
Ta-da! I made a casserole and a salad using my homegrown broccolini and argula. Of course, the meal tasted special because I grew them.
Gardening is one of my hobbies that I really can enjoy. I love growing organic herbs, fruit, and vegetables. My bloccolini is growing another shoots. I'm already looking forward to picking them up!
