Have you ever heard Japanese interval walking? If you're someone who care about health , you may already be familiar with it.
Today, I'd like to introduce this exercise to you. It was invented by a professor at Shinsyu University in Japan, and the method is quite simple. After you walk faster for three minutes, you walk slower for three minutes. You keep this cycle five times. That's it! Japanese walking is good for posture, blood circulation, lowering blood pressure, and reducing stress.
Since I'm quite health-conscious, I usually walk around 6 km to 8 km almost every single day using a pair of poles. This is so-called pole walking. I've been combining the pole walking with the Japanese interval walking, and it's so much fun!
If you are curious about the high- and low-intensity walking, please check it out here.

This is great! Pole walking sounds like a good way to gradually increase the intensity of a normal walk to make it even more healthy. I'm pregnant right now, so I'm having a hard time walking even short distances, haha. But once I have my baby I'd love to try this!
Thank you for the correction and the comment. Yeah, I know how hard it was. Good luck on your pregnancy.
Yes, the combination is better exercise to burn calories too!
