For this Monday, 7 July 2025, I was invited to join the English Club Toastmaster in Kemendikbud Library, which was something that I planned for as a one-of-a-kind career path to be a part of the Embassy, which represents Indonesia in decision-making and involvement in the big diplomatic forum with other countries, and I am so excited for this event.
And due to these activities, we will talk about the "New Era" with the keyword "Passion", I was in the process of building my bricks one by one in my university, high school, and even my activities from the other, like being a volunteer, and a Community Leader in Lead+ Program, and all my Experiances to get into my big four vision, these four vision was about my carrier path and it is the building that i made form my brainstorming to myself potential and what I own now, I took the MBTI Test and Human Design Test, and some Reflection about to consider what i was own for now.
For the first one, the MBTI says that I was the ENTP-A, Extrovert, Intuitive, Thinker, and Perceiving with the Assertive type of Person, it was told me what to do from my potentials, i was a good thinker that have a curiosity with the strong communicative skills, my linguistic potentials could describe the objective sharp idea with the strong explainable reasoning which for this part i was directed to be the part of diplomatic Decision maker, i Could think two or more steps on my head and tell the reasoning, even it is hard for me to give it systematically because a ENTP was a creative diplomatic person that polite and adaptable personality, which is freak because the two or more steps way he think but charismatic with the way he explaining the big things, and you need to now the same person of this MBTI for some reason you understand this kind of person, Leonardo Davinci, Robert Downey Junior, Barack Obama and several other figures, we was called as a Debater and the Inventor for the same time. And so for the option to be the inventor, director, businessman, and Embassy, I choose the last one.
and for the Human Design are similar to MBTI, which says I am the two or more steps thinker who comfortably uses my individual mind to judge and take the perceptions, I have good linguistic potential that could be told by the diplomatic ways, and my other potentials like a good physics, and the strong assertive personalities. That I trust to be the reason I could handle the big decision, and for sure, this can be the same reason I want to be more credible to handle my sister's business, or maybe start a new one.
and the last one that I said "what I own now" is about my experiences in organizing and leading people, however, i was on the chief part in universities' academy organization which called as a HIMMA, the associated that made for the academic, be the places for the advocate, asspiration, skills upgrading, and shape the new leaders. I was on the chief part two times, for the first time as a head of department Human Resources Development, and be the general leader for HIMMA. These are the great experiences that help me to find the vision and maybe the reason I live. Furthermore, I was a volunteer in the UN part of the community, which we called Leadplus, that trained me to lead in a persuasive way in this digital era. With some digital marketing, communicative skills, and teamwork, to get into the targeted organization and people we choose.
As far as I can concerned, I was a ENTP-A man who wants to be a part of the embassy, using my potential diplomatic and charismatic skills to lead and empower the youth empowering to survive in this digital era, build a business, and for sure upgrade myself more to get my passion into the vision
