Have you guys noticed that suddenly for last two to three months a lot of boy's friendship's reels can be seen on Instagram? Those reels always talk about the infinite loving bond between two male friends. Some of them are about the closeness that exist between those two boys and some of them are about the importance of that bro in our life.
All of them intent to show us the love that we keep in our heart for our bro. But as far as i have observed, these reels are going viral because nowadays men are depressed. They are facing inmense burden of their future. Men have always been braved enough to fight depression but in this era, they are just too confused.
They want to show their real potential to their family, but they can't (may be because they are unemployed, introvert, shy, hopeless, trapped in 9 to 5 job etc.) So, in order to escape from these burdens they look for relaxation. And in order to be in that relax mode they think about that old bro who knows him more than him, with whom we can share anything we want, bad or good doesn't matter because he is not going to judge.
When we (men) get tired, we either search for empty space or an old bro who always listens to me and doesn't demand me anything. You might be thinking that one can have this relaxation with his girlfriend. But no, because to be very honest, our girlfriends is going to judge us, they are going to give advice to us, they will feel bad for us and eventually we will end up adding one more problem to our life which is, knowing that your girl is sad because you were sad about your career and goal.
Having a man friend is like knowing that you are not alone depressed, he has his own problems too. But, while having a Girlfriend, you don't feel that freedom of being real, being honest, being mad, being stupid and many more. Your man friends don't even care if you are stupid, but you can't be stupid in front of your girlfriend. So, all this freedom that one male has, is incomparable.
